Tony McKinnon
President

With a background at senior levels in marketing and executive management, Tony McKinnon has accumulated over thirty years of experience in the travel industry. His experiences include senior executive responsibilities at American Airlines, Pan American World Airways, Delta Air Lines, Wyndham Resort Hotels, USAir, American Hawaii Cruises and The Delta Queen Steamboat Company. Most recently, Tony successfully developed Vacation.com, which is currently a network of approximately 6,000 travel agencies across North America. With the sale of Vacation.com to Amadeus, a leading global travel distribution system and technology provider serving the marketing, sales and distribution needs of the world's travel and tourism industries, Tony served as CEO of Amadeus' North American Operations from 2000 through 2003. He currently serves as a director for the Baptist Foundation of Texas, Tauck, Inc., Passport Online, Inc., the GSC Acquisition Company, and Online Vacation Center Holdings, Inc. Tony holds a BS from the United States Military Academy and a JD from Emory University School of Law.


Robert Romaine
Executive Vice President

Rob Romaine is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in sales, recruiting and operations management for IT and engineering staffing and solutions companies. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Rob will take on the role of President of MRINetwork in January 2011 upon the retirement of current president Tony McKinnon.

A 1984 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Rob joined the CDI team in 2002 as Director, Service Delivery and was promoted to Vice President of Recruiting for the CDI Business Solutions Group in 2003. In 2007, he took on the role of Vice President of Global Recruiting & Operations for the new CDI IT Solutions business unit and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2009. His other past experience includes 12 years in recruiting and recruiting/operations management positions for IT staffing and solutions companies including Merritt Technical Associates, Butler Technology Solutions and Computer Horizons.


Evan Davis
Chief Operating Officer / SVP Franchise Development

Evan Davis is responsible for all field service including operations and training. The field service team delivers value by developing programs, creating individualized service plans and improving execution for network offices. In addition to his COO duties, Evan also leads our North American Franchise Development efforts.

Evan joined MRINetwork from YUM! Global Brands, where he advanced through the ranks over a thirteen year period, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of the company’s Canadian division. Evan received his Masters of Business Administration from Duke University and his Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.


Tom Verratti
Chief Financial Officer

Tom Verratti joined CDI in 2005 as Manager of Business Planning & Financial Analysis (BP&FA) and was promoted to the role of Director of BP&FA in 2006. He has over 15 years experience in various financial roles in professional services, manufacturing, and government contractor environments. Prior to joining CDI, he was Operations Controller for Metrologic Instruments and Finance Manager at Lockheed Martin. As Chief Financial Officer, Tom provides financial leadership and strategic advice to MRINetwork. He is accountable for the overall financial integrity of MRINetwork both domestic and international.


Nancy Halverson
Senior Vice President, Learning and Talent Development

Nancy Halverson is Senior Vice President of Learning and Talent Development for MRINetwork. Nancy is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of all sales, recruiting and management programs for network team members and owners.

Prior to joining MRINetwork, Nancy spent over 19 years in a variety of roles for Spherion Corporation, most recently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. In that role, Nancy managed sales and service delivery for a $77M portfolio nationwide for seven of the staffing company’s top national clients, primarily centralized in the Atlanta market where she was based. Prior to that, Nancy held the role of Vice President of Talent Management at Spherion where she was responsible for training, business meeting services, organizational effectiveness, and internal recruiting.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Inter-Disciplinary Studies/ Employment Relations from Michigan State University.


Gary Williams
Senior Vice President, Franchise Relations

Gary Williams currently directs the efforts of the newly revamped Network’s Meetings and Events annual program. In addition, he is responsible for managing the continued creation and evolution of a new MRINetwork Motivation, Recognition and Rewards Program.

Gary joined the Network in 1978 as an Account Executive and has held numerous executive franchise positions within the organization. His extensive tenure includes: SVP Field Operations, SVP International Franchise Development, and Chief Franchise Operations Officer. He was most recently SVP of Franchise Development. Gary was a founding member of the MRINetwork Vision 2001 Team, directed our CSAM Program for many years, and was a founding member of Project NextStep. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia.


Andre Goldstein
Vice President of Field Service

Andre Goldstein is Vice President of Field Service for MRINetwork. In this role, he is responsible for directing operational support to a cross section of the Network’s largest offices. Andre joined MRINetwork in 1998 and has held international operations, marketing, product development, and strategic planning roles during his tenure with the company. Andre has over 15 years of business experience including five years spent living and working in China as a consultant to multinational companies expanding into the region. In addition, he has successfully negotiated joint venture manufacturing operations in China for a variety of U.S.-based companies. He holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He also has a B.A. in Asian Studies from CWRU.


Seamus Kelleher
Vice President, Marketing and Communications

As VP of Marketing and Communications, Seamus is responsible for providing MRINetwork offices with the marketing products, services, and desk-level tools to help support and grow their business. He is also responsible for all communications and PR for the Network.

Seamus has extensive experience delivering marketing, PR, and communications expertise to fortune 500 companies. He has engaged C-level executives at EDS, Sapient, Fiserve, Coldwell Banker and Unisys in the development of strategic planning and the execution of multi-million dollar marketing and public relations initiatives. He holds a BA in Education from Montclair State University and a MA in Communications from New York University. Seamus believes in empowering his team and utilizing their combined intellectual and creative power to achieve extraordinary results. He is also an accomplished guitar player having performed throughout the U.S. and Europe.


Michael K. Rode
Vice President, Network Member Legal Services

In his role of Vice President of Network Member Legal Services, Mike provides daily advice and guidance to senior management as well as to field offices in such areas as employment relations, EEO issues, immigration, collection and trademarks and copyrights. He is also involved in the negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of contracts, and in providing legal training to management, employees and field offices. Prior to joining MRINetwork as Associate General Counsel in 1989, Mike was a partner in a Cleveland law firm where he practiced for nine years, primarily in the areas Corporate and Employment law and Business and Employment litigation.


Lil Roy
Vice President, Consulting

Lil Roy joined a MRINetwork franchise office in the late 70s in a sales role and was quickly promoted to branch manager and then GM over a four office, 46 desk business unit. She has been recognized as the National Manager of the Year twice along with multiple office recognitions. She joined the field operations team in 1982 as Regional Manager and held various positions throughout the company. Lil was promoted to Vice President in 1999 and worked on strategic planning and development of growth plans for the top 50 offices within the Network.

Lil began her professional career as a congressional campaign operative and then became a special assistant to a US Congressman from Texas. She holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Houston, CLC.


Ann Santomas
Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel

Ann Santomas has served as vice President and Senior Counsel of MRINetwork since December, 2006. In her current role she provides legal counsel to the management team, and oversees the franchise administration functions for the Network. Ann has held several positions at MRINetwork prior to her current role including Associate General Counsel and Vice President. Before joining the Network, she served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Franchise Administration and Compliance for Jackson Hewitt Inc. More recently, she was President and director of Browns Canyon.


Scott Bass
Director, Marketing

Scott Bass is the Director of Marketing for MRINetwork. Scott began his career as an Account Executive with a Network office and later transitioned into a marketing career. Scott spent several years in both sales and marketing with well known media and retail companies in New York City, such as Rolling Stone and Macy’s. Here he gained experience in marketing strategy, marketing analytics, and marketing design. Scott rejoined MRINetwork at the Corporate level in January 2008 as Marketing Manager, responsible for providing marketing support to network offices. Scott was later promoted to director level in September 2009 to focus on the marketing department’s strategy for not only supporting network offices, but also providing renewed direction for the MRINetwork brand. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Towson University in Maryland.


Ronni Nuzzi
Director, Field Service

Ronni Nuzzi is Director of Field Service for MRINetwork. She joined the organization in 1985 and became a Pacesetter Producing Account Executive from her first year in the business. As a Regional Manager for eight years, she opened 90 new franchises in the Northeast. In her Vice President of Operations and Development role for a top three franchise, she developed a 24-desk, $5M organization. In 1998, Ronni was recruited to join a Fortune 37 company as a Director of Recruitment for the US providing leadership to 17 recruitment sites with 132 recruiters. Nuzzi Consulting was established in May, 2001 with the primary focus on consulting and supporting the MRINetwork franchisees in the Northeast. In January, 2003 she was recruited back to MRINetwork as a Senior Business Consultant. Ronni was promoted in June, 2004 to Director of Consulting supporting the Top 50 MRINetwork franchises worldwide. Currently, she supports over 500 franchises in the US. Ronni holds a BA in Business Education from Montclair University in New Jersey.


Nancy Perry
Director, Field Operations

Nancy Perry has been in the staffing industry for 18 years. She joined MRINetwork in 1995 as a Company Office Billing Manager and started her office in Houston from ground zero. She had six Account Executives and a contract staffing division. In December of 2002 she became a FRC with the New Office Development team. She has had great success in building new franchise offices and promoting growth for these owners. With a laser sharp focus on the bottom line, Nancy’s organizational skills help streamline office procedures and activity and helps provide standards for Account Executives.


Matt Reitter
Director, Contract Staffing

Matt Reitter joined MRINetwork in February, 2004 as Field Support Manager. He became Director of Contract Staffing in March, 2007. Prior to joining the network, Matt spent four years at Kforce as the Market Manager – managing sales teams in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania IT markets. He has an overall thirteen years of experience in the Contract Staffing industry. Matt holds a BS degree from Towson University.
